The answer is simple, you, our customer, makes our little Jewel in the Crown of Jerusalem, different from other Judaica shops. After almost 10 years in the Sheraton Plaza, we realize that no matter how lovely the shop looks, what is important is how our customers feel when they are shopping at Madeline's Gallery. And your satisfaction, both in person and online, is what sets us apart from the others.

For example, we have decided not to use the "shopping cart" style of purchasing because it is so impersonal. We prefer to ask you to write a short e-mail to us directly with your order so that we can ask you questions, clarify your needs and notify you when your purchase has been shipped.
